*Job Description:
- Research the market, customers, and competitors to identify business opportunities
- Develop region-specific sales strategies
- Set department goals and manage the implementation of business plans to achieve efficiency.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Plan sales targets and deployment strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to sales solutions and processes for the region
- Provide regular monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on the company's business activities to the leadership/Board of Directors
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the company's leadership/Board of Directors
- Manage, train, and enhance the skills of the sales team
*Job Requirements:
- Graduated from a university with a major in economics, business, business management, or related fields
- Experience in equivalent positions
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the market, products/services
- Strong leadership, management, training, communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in office software
- Good command of English is an advantage
