Description of Business Analyst

*Job Description:
- Analyze key performance indicators and prepare reports to assess operational effectiveness.
- Analyze, evaluate, compare, and cross-reference the business operations and results with the current market and actual trends to identify potential opportunities and forecast risks.
- Support project management in defining project scope, planning, budgeting, and implementation.
- Act as a liaison and facilitate communication between project team members (Dev, UI, UX, R&D, PM, etc.) including conveying information and discussing customer requirements and project-related matters.
- Perform other tasks as required by direct management.
*Job Requirements:
1. Educational background: Graduated from College/University majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.
2. Experience:
- At least 2-3 years or more of experience in equivalent positions.
- Experience working with Databases, knowledge of SQL is a plus.
3. Skills:
- Strong experience in UML design, good knowledge of UI/UX.
- Fluent in English, especially in writing and reading.
- Good communication, presentation, and management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Enthusiastic, responsible, willing to learn new things, and able to handle high work pressure.
