Description of Digital Marketing Executive
*Job Description:
- Responsible for planning Digital Marketing strategies
- Stay updated on new Digital Marketing trends in the market and make proposals to enhance communication effectiveness
- Implement, manage, and optimize direct advertising channels (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Zalo, Tiktok, Email Marketing, etc.) according to the budget and defined KPIs
- Manage the website and implement other digital marketing tools to optimize and increase revenue
- Utilize data reports and analysis to create various automation marketing campaigns based on 360-degree customer profiles and customer life cycles (Power BI, Google Analytics, customer funnel filtering on different data platforms, etc.)
- Operate the company's marketing automation software and execute marketing automation campaigns, reaching customers through web/app push, app notifications, SMS, OTT, Email
- Collaborate with the Communication team to produce diverse digital content for A/B testing (ad extension, ad copy, landing page content, etc.)
- Analyze data, measure, and optimize campaigns (%CR /%CTR/Conversion/Redeem, Pickup, etc.).
- Proficiently use tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Remarketing techniques on various advertising channels
- Study customer behavior on each digital channel to develop suitable media plans
- Monitor and manage campaign budgets
- Use digital tools to analyze media channels for different brands
*Job Requirements:
- Graduated from a university with a major in Marketing, Communication, Information Technology, or related fields
- Preferred candidates with equivalent experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Adswords, Facebook Ads, Email Marketing, etc
- Strong sense of responsibility, commitment to long-term work, and the ability to work under pressure
- Creativity and awareness of new advertising trends
