*Job Description:
- Create, manage, and validate the validity of warehouse receipts and documents related to inventory transactions
- Handle payments and perform financial procedures within the warehouse
- Record inventory transactions, materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with expense items
- Participate in inventory checks and reconciliations
- Prepare inventory reports, import and export reports, periodically as required by the Department Head
- Perform other tasks as required by the Department Head
