*Job Description:
- Receive export orders and coordinate with relevant departments to process orders.
- Monitor order execution and handle any arising issues to ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate with customers to resolve order-related matters.
- Plan and arrange the packaging and export of goods.
- Prepare relevant export documents such as invoices and packing lists.
- Perform customs declaration tasks.
- Directly handle customs clearance procedures at customs offices.
*Job Requirements:
- Hold at least a college degree in fields such as economics, foreign trade, export-import, logistics, business administration, etc.
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field of forwarder, logistics, shipping lines, etc.
- Proficient in customs declaration software like ECUS and VNACCS.
