Description of Nhân Viên Hành Chính Nhân Sự
*Job Description:
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks for the company.
- Participate in human resources tasks such as recruitment and training.
- Manage employee records and handle tasks related to social insurance (BHXH), health insurance (BHYT), and unemployment insurance (BHTN).
- Manage and inventory office equipment and supplies.
- Monitor attendance, work schedules, and activities of other departments.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and periodic reports as required.
- Perform other tasks as directed by superiors.
*Job Requirements:
- College/University degree in related fields such as Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, etc.
- Experience in a similar position is required.
- Proficient in office software.
- Good independent and teamwork skills.
- Good communication skills. Quick, diligent, and honest.
