*Job Description:
- Understand the personnel needs of various departments to plan and execute recruitment activities
- Search for candidates, screen, and manage candidate profiles
- Handle attendance records and monthly payroll calculations
- Monitor, update, and manage company employee records and lists
- Monitor and handle employee social insurance (BHXH), health insurance (BHYT), and unemployment insurance (BHTN)
*Job Requirements:
- Work experience in the human resources field, with a preference for candidates who have experience in equivalent positions or related roles
- Proficiency in English communication
- Good communication skills, persuasion skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools and online candidate search
