Description of Purchasing Staff

*Job Description:
- Search for and assess potential suppliers
- Handle procurement procedures, contracts, invoices, and other documents to ensure agreements with suppliers
- Monitor the progress of order fulfillment, ensuring accurate delivery times
- Coordinate order placement, confirm purchase orders, and handle related purchasing procedures
- Collaborate with relevant departments to implement orders and contracts
- Conduct monthly accounts payable reconciliation and payments to suppliers
- Address issues related to procurement and any incidents during the order fulfillment process. Perform other tasks as required by superiors
*Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related fields (Logistics, International Business, etc.)
- Experience in procurement is preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of the market, products, and services
- Good communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in office software
- Knowledge of English is a plus
