Job Purpose:
Learns business by completing work assignments in operational departments; completing educational opportunities.
Duties:
* Develops learning and exposure plan by examining options; identifying personal preferences; committing to learning contracts.
* Learns products, processes, and procedures by observing and helping employees; completing assignments; studying specifications.
* Reviews learning by exchanging observations with operating departments and training department managers.
* Provides operational information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating data and trends.
* Develops knowledge by participating in internal and external educational opportunities; reading professional and technical publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
* Accomplishes company mission by completing related results as needed.
