*Job Description:
- Survey the actual construction site
- Create drawings, construction methods, construction schedules, bidding documents, quantity takeoffs, and estimates
- Plan and approve samples, place orders, inspect samples, and compile materials and equipment used in the assigned work items
- Perform and report on tasks as assigned by the Manager
*Job Requirements:
- Graduated from college/university in construction, engineering, or related fields
- Preference for candidates with equivalent experience
- Proficient in construction design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and project management software like Microsoft Project
- Ability to work independently, think creatively and solve difficult problems
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet deadlines
