*Job Description:
- Manage the CRM system.
- Monitor and manage customer profile information, update contact information, purchase history, and other transactions.
- Support sales staff in finding and reaching out to customers.
- Prepare documents and statistics, summarize sales figures, and report sales results.
- Perform other related tasks as requested by superiors.
*Job Requirements:
- Graduated from college or higher in fields such as economics, marketing, business administration, or related fields.
- Previous experience in sales or equivalent positions is preferred (training will be provided for those without experience).
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Data analysis skills for sales.
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in office software: Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Excel.
