- Research the market, consumers, and industry trends to propose suitable marketing plans.
- Advise the Board of Directors and be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Manage the budget, plan the Marketing budget, and monitor its implementation.
- Build the company's brand image and the brands managed by the company.
- Measure and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate the performance of team members.
- Coordinate with the business department to plan sales promotion through marketing activities.
- Collaborate with marketing agencies on marketing projects.
